Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger items, our white-glove delivery team will contact you within 48 hours of your order to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day home trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your sofa bed, you can return it for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee, provided it is in original condition.
Are your sofa beds suitable for daily sleeping?
Yes, our premium collection features high-density foam and pocket-coil mattresses specifically designed to provide the support and comfort necessary for nightly use.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our sofa beds require minimal assembly. We offer an optional 'White Glove Delivery & Assembly' service at checkout where our team will build the unit and remove all packaging for you.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Sofabed products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, mattress, and mechanical components.
